Anyway yeah. I'm soooo trying to go to this year's Otakon! Already putting moneys aside for it. I totally worked all day on 4th of July. Then the graveyard guy never showed so I did double duty & had to stand on my feet for 16 hours straight *falls over & dies* I seriously consumed so much caffiene that by like hour 13 I was POWER LEVELS OVER 9000!!!!!
But then I got home at like 7:00 AM I when I opened my car door I spewed all over my driveway. STUPID BODY rejecting overdose of energy pills, caffiene, & other crap you buy at convienance stores. GRRRRR.
So yeah, point? Point is I'll have mad moneys on my next pay check! Woohoo I'll afford to go to Otakon & maybe even have decent cosplays!
Speaking of which I have two for sure planned right now...
1) Solomon from Blood Plus. I loves him so much, Haji is a stoic little pretty boy turd imho. Besides I I already got the natural looks for Solomon (just less sexy I guess. LOL)
2) An easy Cosplay that will be done before I do Solomon to keep rabbid fangirlz from kidnapping & raping me. I am totally doing a fugly drag queen version of Misa Amani from Death Note! WOOT. Eat your fat hairy legged heart out Man Faye!
3) If I can afford the wig & contacts I might do Hiro from Mark Crilley manga, Miki Falls. Must increase Miki Falls sales so that Mark's evil publishers will let him do more manga!

Well I went and did a painting using a reference photo I've used before. Just a display to myself as to how far my skills have come in the last year. Still have two more paintings to do, then I've got a couple more signature tags to do for my BFV Clan, some banner work as well. Not to mention the Eureka 7 & Blood+ stuff I promised. I've also got some more Miki Falls stuff to do as well. Yikes! So much fan work, so little time! I've still gotta get together my one shot manga, in time for ACen & the other conventions this year. I've decided to do things old school US style. Back in the day wannabe comic artists would go booth to booth hitting up publishers at Comicon. Surprisingly enough, no one seems to really be doing that at anime conventions. You see a few nobody rtists with their own booth/table at cons but you never see artists running about pimping themselves to publishers. So this year I'm going to put together a compelling & entertaining little one book manga as my sales pitch & use multimedia as a means to gain attention. I figure if I've got a book, a few short animations, & some website stuff, like youtube vids showing how quickly I cranked out the book, I might be able to sell myself to a publisher. Wish me luck people!

Well lets see... I've done two portraits of my ex-wife, some Eureka art, some Blood+ stuff, and right now I'm bouncing back and forth between about 20 different projects ranging from hentai to portraits to water color painting to animation to 3D rendering to new music. I'm on a creative binge like no other right now and loving it. Now if only I can start getting paid for my arts! Trying to make that happen through Second Life right now! I'm planning on opening an art studio in SL where I'll offer up stuff ranging from photo maipulation to portrait art. Hopefully that takes off! So wish me luck on all my insane projects going on folks and please comment on the latest deviations people!

Just posted a Diva WIP. Still trying to figure out exactly what I want to do to finish this particular piece. I made sure to submit it to the Diva Fan Club though so that I can make sure to get comments from the proper audience! Hopefully they post it and I get some good comments on what should be done with this piece. In the mean time I'm thinking I might just do a Diva VS Saiya piece in a more traditional oil painting style. So wish me luck on that folks!

OK, I just got an Intuos3 Wacom tablet and I totally love it! Will be doing more Blood+ stuff. Oh and I just got admitted into the Diva Club so I gotta knock out a lovely Diva pic soon.
